Our customer service system is designed to offer high quality service to our partners. Keeping this in mind, we are continuously expanding, developing our customer service.

We collected our services that promote the seamless, everyday use of the software under the name of ENIAC•24 into one package and we also provide continuous background support of the system for our customers.
With ENIAC•24 we give you access to the update, warranty, continuous legal compliance monitoring and professional consultancy of the system.
HelpDesk
Our Helpdesk service is a tool to give professional and reliable replies to our clients’ questions.
The questions or demands received via the phone hotline or e-mail hotline system are immediately registered in our event logging system.
This way our clients are given up-to-date information about the status of their report.
The helpdesk system enables users to ask for status information about their reports, about which we send a summary every month to the OMF manager/contact person.
We also use our own OMF system to provide our Helpdesk service. (”The proof of the pudding is in the eating.”)
Our customer service guarantees continuous availability.
The Internet Online Support is available for our registered users on each day of the year and in 24 hours a day.
The phone Hotline service can be reached on weekdays between 09.00 and 17.00.
Within the framework of ENIAC•24 we inform our users in periodical newsletters about our developments, software novelties and changes.
