Strategic consulting service

With our services included in the ENIAC•Start package and our accumulated experience built into a system that is based on a unique syllabus, we help you solve your company’s backoffice operation in a professional way. In the framework of our consulting service we help establish or develop a company’s processes. The SOP Handbook enables us to verify if the company’s activity is progressing according to the designated model. Operation optimization

During introduction we prepare a model of the company’s business processes, the existing, proven organizational order and we create its software implementation. With the contribution of our dedicated project leader we establish the route of the documents within the company from registration to document certification and we parameterize approval levels according to the authorities within the company. It is necessary to define the key points in the processes in relation to the organisational structure of the company: set up a task division between the registration function and the accounting department and establish a system for the accounting tasks and the approval levels. Our integrated business management system and strategic consulting service offer a reliable background to manage project operation tasks with a project-oriented approach. Our project leaders contribute to the mapping of project structure and breaking it down into administration tasks starting from the economic planning phase of the project to the tracking of payments. We define types of contracts and set up contract categories according to these types. Financial controlling

In our consulting services we put special emphasis on helping develop controlling concepts by relying on a wide range of analytical possibilities of the software. From a controlling point of view it is indispensible to give a clear definition of the terminology used within the company and eliminate anomalies: we define what the terms of project and work number actually cover. Relying on our experience, we help develop and tailor the criteria of analyses to the logic of the system, work out the relationship among the ’trio’ of the analysis code, business event and general ledger chart of accounts as well as identify the appropriate rate of expansions or contractions. IT solution

ENIAC Computing continuously keeps track of the main development tendencies in the field of IT and as part of our consulting service we support you in the development of the most efficient IT Strategy that is available. We compile a survey study on what we experience during our IT survey at the company and we use that as a basis for making a proposal and an offer for a possible IT modification. We offer our ERP hosting service to accompany our survey as a proposed solution, by which we take over software operating tasks and costs from our customers. On demand, we provide support to set up the operating environment for the software, build up the company’s hardware and software parks and we also help with the supply of the server.

Standard Operating Procedures BackOffice

One important phase in the introduction of the OMF - Operation, Management & Finance integrated ERP system distributed by ENIAC is the base survey. This is the basis for the preparation of the customized backoffice operating procedures and documentation, i.e. the SOP Handbook (Standard Operating Procedures).

On the basis of the preliminary base survey conducted as part of ENIAC•START we prepare the ENIAC•SOP Handbook, which is a tailored operating procedure of the concrete operating processes of the company.


The SOP Handbook comprises the description of the work processes to be carried out by the Back Office of the organization and also their process-centred illustration. Furthermore, the Handbook gives a detailed summary of all the tasks that might arise at the given company in relation to the OMF - ERP software, thus giving further support to the smooth introduction and use of the software.

During the annual audits conducted by ENIAC Computing, company procedures, responsibilities and authorities are reviewed and updated, if necessary. The regular auditing of SOP guarantees that the support given to users’ work is up-to-date and can be used at any time.
