Our project management system offers a solution for the simple, continuous monitoring of the on-going projects of construction companies in all phases of investment and implementation: from the design phase through the offer, contract signing, fulfilment and the continuous control of the state of readiness up to the long-term record-keeping of the different financial and performance guarantees typical of the sector.
Property Management
Property Management is designed to cover the accurate and up-to-date registration and automation in the backoffice of contracts on property lease and on services as well as their tasks related to the management and use of real estates. It also includes the m2-based records of rents and the invoicing of regular, monthly performance in various currencies and languages.

The menu and statement system, which are in several languages, the multi-level foreign exchange management and compliance with foreign reporting obligation (IFRS) make the software international.

The OMF Budget software ensures the operation of administration in line with the cash-flow approach of institutions run from the state budget and public administration agencies. The multi-dimensional statement system is suitable for the cash-flow centred monitoring of the users of funds detailed in plan chapters. Thanks to the flexibility of the statement generating and reporting system it is possible to perform internal information and official reporting tasks in a quick and multi-level way.
